Hosteria El Puma - El Chalten

This place is good, and has everything I need like Wi-Fi, a cozy lounge, and delicious breakfasts. I remember when the staff helped me with bug spray on my first stay. Highly recommend it! I'm coming back for Christmas.

We appreciated this place - well-designed and beautiful small hotel.

Everything was perfect, the wifi was GOOD. The suite was well-designed, it included a safe box, a mini fridge bar and a seating area. Location: the hotel was just next door to Patagonia in March and shops.

It was real good 2 days, would stay here again. The breakfast was great, the hotel was fantastic little and fairly clean. This property was set in a remote area adjacent to the supermarket and restaurants, shops, and several restaurants. All the staff was very amiable, fixed my issues...

The cozy ambiance and clean rooms. Just a short walk to the trailheads. But, the breakfast was a letdown with limited options. Still, I'd return 😊

The rooms were unreasonably hot, and dealing with the temperature control was an unneeded hassle. To top it off, i expected a complimentary gesture or something upon arrival, but no such luck. Almost thought to leave a good review, but just couldn't!

After a day of hiking the amazing trails, you desire a cozy haven. This place delighted with a spacious room boasting a comfortable bed and a charming patio. The cute staff ensured our stay was effortless, providing excellent breakfast options that powered our adventures. A peaceful retreat for every nature lover!

When returning from hikes, ask for snacks. The staff is eager to assist and can provide great local options.

A good break in El Chaltén

The lounge with the fireplace became our favorite evening retreat after hikes.

The temperature control in the room was tricky at first, and the WiFi connection was inconsistent, pushing us to the lounge for better service.

The staff provided really good support, especially when my luggage was lost, assisting with calls and deliveries seamlessly. The breakfast featured local products that were a good highlight. I found the temperature control in the room inadequate was great, and the WiFi connection was spotty, often requiring a trip to the communal lounge for better service. Despite these drawbacks, the warm and cozy atmosphere were good.

Hosteria el puma is a cozy spot just off the main road was good. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and we loved the cozy lobby with the fireplace. The breakfast was amazing, with eggs to order and fresh baked breads. Perfect after a long day of hiking!

The decor in the dining area, with photos of climbers on Mt. Fitzroy, was captivating. The kids loved relaxing by the cozy fireplace in the lobby after our hiking adventures with my niece.

For dads, it would be great to have more activities for younger kids.

The building and rooms are nice and have comfortable beds, the location is close to El Chalten and Patagonia in March, and there is free on-site parking; the staff is attentive and efficient.

I had a very good stay for 3 nights. The location was peaceful, near the supermarket and restaurants and the restaurant strip of El Chalten and hiking trails and easily accessible. I liked the room with a comfy bed, the bed was comfy. I had good food for breakfast for Argentina.

Great place to stay, no complaints at all. Would definitely recommend it. The rooms are well designed and really cozy. 👍
